This policy explains which data is processed on madibaev.online and why it is used.
Enquiries submitted through forms
When you submit a form, we receive your name, company name (if supplied), telephone number, email address and message. We use this information only to respond and arrange the requested service. Enquiries are delivered to corporate email and are not published on the website.
Email verification and form protection
The online consultation may send a six-digit code which remains valid for 10 minutes. To limit repeated requests, the site briefly uses technical identifiers derived from the IP address, form source and email address.
Technical data
The web server keeps standard request logs containing the IP address, date, page address, browser type and request result. They are used for security and diagnostics. The site also stores the consent choice and a limit that prevents repeated news views from being counted too often.
Analytics and external services
Google Analytics is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Optional analytics is denied by default. The contact page embeds a Google map, while WhatsApp and Telegram links open external services governed by their own privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond, support the request and meet applicable obligations. To ask about, correct or delete enquiry data, email admin@madibaev.online.
